Large foreign company is currently looking for Trainer
Main responsibilities:
Coaching of merchandisers and promoters.
Creation of a corporate training program.
Establishment a corporate training system for employees.
Personal consultation on development of professional competences.
Requirements:
Successful experience in sales in Audio – video market, experience in carrying out of
Trainings on subjects of active sales, sales management, training on field staff for marketing researchers and BTL – activities.
Personal qualities: responsible and active, team working, loyalty, ability to work under pressure.
